However, buyer activity slowed:
- Pending sales dropped from 52 to 45
- Closed sales decreased from 33 to 28
At the same time, prices saw a significant increase:
- Average price per square foot rose from $233.17 to $300.90
Additionally, “Coming Soon” listings increased from 6 to 10, signaling more inventory may be entering the market soon.
